Citizenship Test Preparation Course
A free, trainer-led course from MTC FutureReady that combines the official citizenship content from Our Common Bond with English reading practice, guided question review, and digital study skills — so you build both the knowledge and the confidence to sit the Australian Citizenship Test.
About this course
Classroom support to prepare for citizenship — at your own pace.
The Citizenship Test Preparation Course is designed for adult learners who want more support than self-study. Each session pairs official citizenship topics with reading practice, digital skills, and guided question review, in a welcoming classroom where it's easy to ask questions.
It runs as part of the Australian Government's Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program, which means it's free for eligible participants and suits people building their English literacy alongside their citizenship knowledge.

Each class follows the same dependable shape, with steady practice and space to ask questions.
